Job Description & Duties

We are currently recruiting hardworking and reliable farm workers for seasonal and long-term agricultural jobs across the United Kingdom, Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, and other Western European countries. No prior experience is required—full training will be provided. Your daily tasks may include:

  • Planting, harvesting, and packing fruits & vegetables (strawberries, apples, potatoes, etc.)

  • Operating basic farm machinery (with training)

  • Feeding and caring for livestock (cows, poultry, pigs—depending on the farm)

  • Sorting, grading, and packaging produce for market

  • General farm maintenance (cleaning, repairing fences, etc.)

This is a physically active job, so good stamina and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions are important. Teamwork and a positive attitude are highly valued!

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly earnings: €1,200–€1,800 (after deductions, depending on the country and overtime)

  • Free or subsidized housing (shared dormitories or private rooms)

  • Transportation to/from the farm provided (or work-site accommodation)

  • Overtime pay available (during peak harvest seasons)

  • Some employers provide meals or kitchen access
